Bookings + Payment
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. All booking fees are final and non-refundable. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your session. The remaining balance is due at your appointment payable by E-Transfer or Cash.
Virtual Consulations
We also offer virtual consultations which can be beneficial if: you have questions or concerns, you have had previous work done, you have an autoimmune disease, you are on daily medication, and/or you want to make sure this procedure is right for you!

Cancellations + Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will need to do so 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment. Your booking fee will be rolled over to your future booking ONE TIME if a 72 hour notice was given. If you choose to cancel your appointment, the booking fee is forfeited. During inclement weather, please contact us. Your safety is our priority.
Late/No-Show
If you do not show up to your appointment, or arrive over 15 minutes late, the booking fee is forfeited and a new one will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you miss your free second session (part of bundle), you will be required to book as a touch up session at the current pricing. During inclement weather, please contact us. Your safety is our priority.
Studio Etiquette
Do not bring guests, including children or pets to your appointment due to cross-contamination and safety issues. We have the right to refuse service.
